OR:

From I-70, take exit 149-A.  Go to the second light and make a right.  (This will be right at the Tom Raper RV center).  Take this road all the way until it dead ends into Salisbury Road (this is about a mile or so). Turn left onto Salisbury Road and go about a mile or 2 and the fairgrounds will be on the left.  We will be located in the Kuhlman Center right next door to the Raper Center.
